The official book launch of the Wine Dogs USA Edition at Rubicon Estate, Napa Valley California, was undoubtedly the dog event of the year. It was a perfect October afternoon with dogs roaming the estate, lots of fun, great food, wonderful wine and no official casualties.

Of course, the people are never as well behaved as our canine companions but this day was all about the celebration of those great four legged, dish-licking, garden-watering, meeting and greeting ambassadors of the winery – the Wine Dog! They were the stars of the day and the stars of our new book.

Rubicon Estate sure knows how to throw an event, and Giant Dog Publishing would just like to thank Lisa Enright and the wonderful staff for putting on such a spectacular launch. Thanks also to all the Wine Dog owners who could make it to the launch. Woof!
